Following a ruling made in the trial against the “ComEd 4” that the court would not allow the media to have access to audio recordings admitted as evidence of corruption by Michael Madigan, Steve Mandell and Brian Saucier petitioned to intervene in the case on behalf of WBEZ Chicago, the Sun-Times, and the Chicago Tribune.
