On October 29, 2020, Steve Mandell moderated a virtual panel discussion entitled  “Covid Courtroom:  Practical tips for litigating and trying cases during a pandemic.” The panel featured experts from around the country who have confronted the challenges of litigating during the COVID 19 crisis including Johanna Carrane, Esq., President, JuryScope; Dana J. McElroy, Partner, Thomas & LoCicero; Brian Spahn, Shareholder, Godfrey Kahn SC;  and Brian McCann, Vice President, Veritext Corporate Services. The panel was sponsored by the Media Law Resource Center’s Litigation Committee of which Steve serves as co-chair.
